Our demand for groups has outpaced available group leaders! If you are interested
in being involved in helping teens make a difference in this world, we'd love to
have you as a leader!
Some of the qualities of a PPG leader:
- Likes teenagers
- Possesses a measure of organization skills
- Understands that teenagers have great potential
- Has approximately six hours per week available to spend working on the PPG.
Leaders will be compensated with approximately $360 - $2000 for each twelve week course
(depending on number of enrollments), after an initial investment of $500 for
training. Your training can be paid for in advance by nine enrollments. If,
after training, being a Positive Peer Group Leader does not seem to be a match
for you, you can recieve a $300 refund.
Presently, group leader training is tentatively scheduled for the fall. We will
hold the training in the geographical area that has the most interested leaders.
