Is this program religiously based?
The Spectrum is based on a foundation of Christ, but some PPG's do not

be openly religious (praying, etc.), or simply encouraging members to
more closely live their own religion.

What kind of recognition do teens get by participating in a PPG?
As the youth apply learned principles to their lives, fellow
peers will provide encouragement. After minimum attendance requirements
are met as well as specific leadership requirements, students will be given
certificates. These certificates are valuable, as they can be used to
show balance, depth, and extracurricular activities when a student
applies for college and scholarships.

What is a Peer Power Team?
After youth have earned Positive Peer Group certificates, they are
then eligible to join a Peer Power Team. The Peer Power Team is a
smaller, more intensive group of teens who are more self-directed. They

desires.
